Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (under 0.75 lbs) — $5.95 | 5–7 business days
- Standard Shipping (0.75–1.5 lbs) — $7.95 | 5–7 business days
- Standard Shipping (1.5+ lbs) — $9.95 | 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — $15.00 | 2–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love every product you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, even if the packaging has been opened. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition with no signs of use.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@entirebeing.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@entirebeing.com and we'll make it right promptly.
